Use of the foyer is free of charge when renting the Grote Zaal (Main Hall) or Kleine Zaal (Lesser Hall), subject to approval. We always check that there is no overlap with other activities in the building.

Are you using another venue within the Energiegebouw (Energy Building)? Then you can use the Foyer as a reception space or a meeting point. In that case, your use of the Foyer is free of charge. Do you want to use the Foyer itself as a venue for your event? In that case, we always check that there is no overlap with other activities in the building.

Prices include VAT and basic heating.

Prices exclude equipment and maintenance.

The CLUB (Lesser Hall) is located in the impressive Energiegebouw (Energy Building). This venue is suitable as an intimate theatre space (with or without a grandstand) or as a multipurpose room.

4-hour rate

€375 for associations, schools and persons located in Genk

Prices include VAT, rental of two boxes, a basic set of audiovisual material, support by one theatre technician.

Prices exclude rental of extra equipment (e.g. projection equipment), maintenance, hourly fees for setup and dismantling.
